1. The spirit of the space
SOUL live gatherings are for reflection, learning and human connection. Participate with care, make room for different beliefs and experiences, and remember that a live room is not a private conversation.
2. What is welcome
- respectful questions, reflections and reactions;
- disagreement expressed without attacking a person or group;
- sharing from your own experience without diagnosing others;
- giving others space and following host instructions;
- reporting safety or privacy concerns to a moderator.
3. What is not allowed
- harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or degrading remarks;
- sexual exploitation, graphic content or encouragement of self-harm or violence;
- discrimination based on identity, belief, disability or background;
- spam, scams, commercial solicitation or repeated disruption;
- sharing another person’s private information or recording participants without permission;
- impersonation, evading moderation or attempts to compromise the service;
- medical, legal or financial claims presented as personalised professional advice.
4. Moderation
Hosts and authorised moderators may slow chat, remove messages, mute or remove a participant, preserve relevant safety records, or suspend an account. Serious threats or unlawful activity may be referred to appropriate authorities. Moderation decisions are based on context and the safety of the gathering.
If you believe a decision was mistaken, contact care@schoolofurlife.com with the event name, date and your registered email. Do not send another participant’s private information unless necessary to explain the concern.
5. Privacy and recordings
The administrator may record a live session for an approved replay. The event page should disclose recording status. Avoid sharing information you would not want heard by other attendees or included in a recording. Chat messages are not public posts, but may be retained for moderation, safety and legal needs.
6. Wellbeing and emergencies
Live hosts and community members are not crisis responders. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.
