For payment or gift help
Include your registered email address, purchase date, amount and Razorpay payment, order or subscription identifier. For a gift, include the intended recipient and delivery date. This lets us investigate without requesting payment credentials.
Never email your card number, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN, banking password or authentication code. SOUL support will never ask for them.
Privacy and grievances
Use the same email with the subject “Privacy request” or “Grievance”. Describe the request and the account email or phone number involved. We may verify your identity before disclosing or changing account data.
