Export your data
Signed-in members can download a structured export from Profile, including account, progress, journal, preferences, purchases and policy-acceptance records.
Delete your account
Profile includes coordinated deletion that first ends an active recurring membership and then removes the authentication identity and member-owned content.
Correction, consent and grievances
You can update profile and notification choices inside the app. For correction, consent withdrawal, access, deletion or grievance requests that cannot be completed there, email care@schoolofurlife.com. We may verify account ownership before acting.
What may remain
Transaction, invoice, fraud-prevention, security, audit or legal records may be retained when required by law or needed to establish and defend legal claims. They are restricted from ordinary product use. Provider backups expire according to controlled retention schedules.
