Paid memberships renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. You can cancel without a cancellation fee; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Refund eligibility is explained in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Gift memberships are one-time purchases and do not renew.
Upgrading or joining a family stops your individual renewal after confirmation. No automatic refund or credit is issued; existing paid access keeps its original expiry. Family cancellation preserves shared access through the paid period, while closing a family ends shared access immediately.
